By accessing or using the ValuationXchange and or PaymentXchange Platforms (including any related websites, portals, or mobile applications) (“Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data as described herein.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” means any information about you which you have provided to us or made available through your use of the Platform, and from which you can be identified, whether directly or indirectly.

(f) Compliance-related data – documents or information required for AMLA/CFT checks, identity verification, or other legal or regulatory purposes.

We may also collect the above categories of Personal Data in relation to individuals connected to you (for example, your family members, clients, co-applicants, guarantors or colleague). By providing such Personal Data, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from those individuals and that they have been informed of this Privacy Policy. Upon receiving such Personal Data, we will assume that you have the authority to disclose it to us for processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
